Structural Inspection of Independent House
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am looking for a freelance structural engineer to conduct an on-site inspection of my independent G+1 Independent House (~3,000 sq ft) located in BHEL HIG Phase 1 Hyderabad.
The inspection should primarily focus on:
• Foundation stability – any signs of settlement or distress.
• Structural integrity – columns, beams, load-bearing walls, roof slab.
• Wall condition – cracks, deformation, and possible structural concerns.
• Dampness & seepage – especially if affecting structural components.
• Plumbing leaks – visible or under the building.
Requirements:
• Site visit and physical inspection.
• Detailed structural stability report with findings, photographs, and recommendations.
• Preferably a licensed / registered structural engineer with experience in residential structures.
• Ability to conduct non-destructive testing (e.g., rebound hammer, moisture meter)
