Stamped BESS Hazard Mitigation Review

I have completed a draft Hazard Mitigation Analysis for a 9 MW / 18 MWh containerised Battery Energy Storage System that will be installed on a UK-territory Caribbean power-station site. The document already outlines fire and explosion scenarios, references the latest UL 9540A test results, and proposes mitigations such as top-mounted vent panels, container spacing, clean-agent / water-flood suppression, and a tiered secondary-slab containment design.
What I now need is an independent, stamped review by a licensed Fire Protection Engineer who is experienced with NFPA 855, UL 9540-A interpretation, and AHJ submittals for energy-storage projects. The primary objective is to confirm that the analysis is fully compliant and defensible before it is presented to the Authority Having Jurisdiction and to our insurer.
Please concentrate on three areas:
• fire and explosion risk evaluation,
• strict compliance with UL 9540-A and NFPA 855,
• the adequacy and practicality of the proposed mitigation strategies.
Deliverables
• A signed and professionally stamped review letter or cover sheet that states the HMA has been examined and meets the cited standards “as low as reasonably practicable” (ALARP).
• A red-line or comment log highlighting required edits or additional calculations, if any.
• The final, cleaned HMA document in PDF (and its editable source) ready for AHJ submission.
Your report must be acceptable to both the local building/fire officials and our insurer; therefore, your license information will be verified and appended to the filing package. Turn-around within two weeks is ideal, but please confirm availability.
