Traffic Management Plan (TMP) + Traffic Guidance Scheme (TGS)
Project Title:
Create Simulated Traffic Management Plan (TMP) and Traffic Guidance Scheme (TGS) for Training Purposes – Wollongong, NSW Australia 2500
Project Overview:
We are a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) seeking a professional to create a realistic and compliant Traffic Management Plan (TMP) along with an accurate Traffic Guidance Scheme (TGS) for simulated road closure training purposes.
This TMP + TGS will be used only for internal training, but must appear authentic and meet the presentation and format standards expected by NSW local councils or RMS (TfNSW) for genuine works. It does not need to be submitted, but must reflect real-world practice.

Works to be marked as "Simulated Construction Activity" (e.g., trenching or road patching).
No actual equipment or workers will be onsite — this is a paper-based training simulation.
The TMP/TGS must include road signage placement, traffic cones, detour signage, and pedestrian management if required.
Timing:
Dates and times can be marked TBA or placeholders like "Weekday, 7 AM–3 PM"
Assumed standard working hours for training purposes
Deliverables Required:
