1.Government Regulatory Engagement Develop and implement strategies to maintain a strong relationship with U.S.political institutions and federal agencies,including Congress,the White House,the Department of Commerce,Department of the Treasury and other regulatory bodies.

2.Policy monitoring Intelligence Gathering:
Continuously track and analyze proposed legislation,regulatory changes,and policy shifts related to the Semiconductor industry,with the U.S.Congress,Executive agencies,and associates think tanks.Leverage deep networks with political circles(e.g.,Congressional staff, lobbyists,agency officers)to obtain early insights on upcoming regulations,funding priorities,and legislative agendas.

3.Strategic Advisory:Translate complex semiconductor policy developments into actionable intelligence for corporate leadership, providing foresight on risks/opportunities in sectors such as trade,taxation and compliance. Prepare briefs on how pending bills(e.g., sanctions,export controls,or regulations)could impact operations.

Experience:6+years in semiconductor industry or SIA. or government affairs,political analysis,or a role directly engaging with U.S. Congressional processes,or currently serving within the US government.

Analytical Skills:Expertise in dissecting legislative text, understanding committee structures,and predicting policy trajectories.
