Risk of bias tool

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a highly complex risk of bias tool for assessing the quality of research studies. The tool should have multiple functionalities and be able to identify potential biases in a project.
Specific Requirements:
- The tool should be able to assess the quality of research studies based on a specific list of criteria provided based on the ROB 2 tool.
- It should have advanced features to accurately evaluate the credibility of sources and identify any potential biases.
- The tool should be highly complex and able to handle multiple functionalities to ensure a comprehensive assessment.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in research methodology, meta-analysis ROB and study design.
- Experience in developing complex tools with advanced features.
- Proficiency in programming languages and software development.
