I have a template that uses a formular based on INDEX and MATCH that seems to have an error.
I downloaded an excel template from an expert on Project and Risk Management on Youtube . I modified to meet my needs but I have one little glitch. There is a formula that is not working in all cells and I don't know what it does in some and not in others. I need help understanding a formula and how to fix it and/ or better understand.
