Oil & Gas HSE-QA Package

I need a full set of project-ready documents that brings our upcoming oil and gas job into line with best-practice safety procedures and quality assurance standards.

The health, safety and environment side comes first. I will supply you with the project scope and site information; you will turn that into:
• A stand-alone HSE Plan that covers risk assessment, emergency response procedures and the training programs we will run on site.
• Job Safety Analysis sheets for all major activities.
• A clear HSE Method Statement that ties the JSA findings to day-to-day work methods.
• An FMS (Forms & Management System) package so the crew can record, track and report incidents and corrective actions in real time.

On the quality front, I want a matching QA/QC bundle:
• A high-level Quality Plan.
• Detailed Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for materials, installation, testing and commissioning.

Everything must reflect current oil & gas legislation, relevant ISO standards and the specific contractual specs I will forward after award. Documents should be delivered in editable Word/Excel formats, professionally formatted and ready for immediate submission to the client and regulatory bodies.
