I am preparing a competitive bid for the operations and maintenance of all fire-fighting systems in a metro station and need a clear, professional document that fully meets international requirements. • Tools, equipment and consumables lists tied to each maintenance activity
• Any additional standard technical documentation typically expected in an O&M bid (e.g., KPIs, reporting templates, spare-parts strategy, warranty management)

Preferred format
The narrative can be in Microsoft Word with embedded tables and diagrams, supported by editable maintenance schedules in Excel. All references, codes and clauses must be cited accurately so the evaluator can trace every statement back to its source.

Deliverable
A complete, internally consistent bid document ready for submission, delivered within the agreed timeline.
