Manufacturing Safety Audit & Assessment

On-site in Orlando Florida and ITAR eligible are required.
I’m looking for a seasoned health-and-safety professional to tighten up workplace safety throughout our mid-sized manufacturing facility. Our immediate priorities are an on-site full safety audit/inspection of the plant and a set of risk assessments that translate directly into practical, actionable recommendations.
You’ll need a solid grasp of OSHA requirements, machine-guarding standards, hazardous chemical protection and any other regulations that typically apply to production lines, warehousing and loading docks. Familiarity with ISO 19001 or similar frameworks is a plus, but the real value for us is your ability to walk the floor, spot hazards quickly and turn those findings into clear guidance our supervisors can implement without jargon.
Deliverables
• Comprehensive safety audit report covering each department, with photos where helpful
• Risk assessment matrix that ranks hazards by likelihood/severity and suggests controls
• Debrief session (live or virtual) so I can walk my leadership team through your findings and next steps
I’ll provide site maps, incident logs and access to key personnel ahead of your visit. Let me know your estimated timeline to complete the on-site work and deliver the final reports.
