Manufacturing HSE Protocol Specialist Needed

I’m looking for a seasoned Health, Safety, and Environment professional—specifically someone who already holds the statutory Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) or an equivalent qualification such as PDIS—to help me create fully compliant safety protocols for a manufacturing operation.

Scope of work
• Analyse our existing manufacturing activities and identify gaps against applicable Indian regulations, ISO 45001, and any client-specific requirements.
• Draft clear, actionable safety protocols that production teams can follow without ambiguity.
• Cross-reference each protocol with the exact statute, rule, or standard it satisfies so auditors can trace compliance effortlessly.
• Provide an implementation checklist and a revision log so future updates are straightforward.

I primarily need the protocols written from the ground up, yet I’m open to your professional advice about integrating related documents such as emergency response plans, fire safety procedures, or hazardous-materials handling guides if they improve overall safety coverage.
