Scope
• Analyse installation-stage hazards exclusively; operational and environmental issues are out of scope.
• Populate the project’s standard matrix with hazard description, existing controls, likelihood, consequence, risk rating, additional controls, residual rating and responsible party.
• Reference current legislation and any relevant Australian Standards so the document can be signed off internally without further edits.

Deliverable
A single editable file (Word or Excel, whichever you prefer) formatted exactly like the supplied sample and ready for immediate submission to our Safety Management System.
