Industrial Security SOP Package
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a full suite of security Standard Operating Procedures tailored for industrial environments, with a special emphasis on chemical plants and active construction sites. The goal is to pull every moving piece of our security program into one clear, professionally written library so supervisors, guards, and auditors can work from the same playbook at every location.
Scope of work
I will supply basic site diagrams and current policies. You will turn those fragments into consistent, ready-to-use documents that reflect best practice, local regulations, and the real-world constraints of a 24/7 industrial operation.
Key deliverables
• Core SOPs: gate control, visitor processing, patrol & inspection, CCTV monitoring, incident reporting, fire safety, and emergency communications.
• Role-specific guides: guard and supervisor duties, shift hand-off procedures, daily log formats.
• Sector-focused content:
– Chemical plants: detailed Emergency Response Plans plus step-by-step Access Control Procedures for high-hazard zones.
– Construction sites: temporary perimeter design, tool & material theft prevention, and integration with contractor safety rules.
• Risk-based documents: qualitative risk assessment template and audit checklist that align with ISO 31000 principles.
• Quick-reference training manual so new personnel grasp critical steps at a glance.
Acceptance criteria
1. Every SOP must use our naming convention and include purpose, scope, responsibilities, procedure, and records sections.
2. Text must be editable in Microsoft Word; charts or flows in Visio or PowerPoint are fine.
3. Content will pass a plagiarism scan and reflect regional legislation we identify during kickoff.
4. First draft within 10 days; final sign-off after two revision rounds.
If you have a proven record writing security documentation for industrial sites—particularly chemical or construction—let’s talk.
