IT/OT - Implementation Plan - Due-diligence Expert

Overview:
We are looking for an expert who can perform due-diligence of an implementation plan for a small utility that is looking to setup power distribution network. You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of existing implementation plans and your primary objective will be to analyze the feasibility, effectiveness, and alignment of implementation plans with project objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. You will be required to deliver a comprehensive due diligence report summarizing findings, analysis, and recommendations providing actionable insights and strategic guidance for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan Evaluation: Conduct detailed reviews and analyses of existing implementation plans. Evaluate the scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocations outlined in the plans. The plans must also be evaluated for completeness to ensure that project management plan for systems implementation, integration, and development work are addressed to support a successful implementation.
Feasibility Assessment: Assess the feasibility of implementation plans based on technical considerations, resource availability, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements. Identify any potential challenges or barriers to successful implementation.
Risk Analysis: Identify and analyze potential risks associated with the implementation plans, including technical risks, financial risks, regulatory risks, and stakeholder risks. Evaluate the potential impact of these risks on project success and develop risk mitigation strategies.
