HIRA for Submersible Pump Facility
Budget: ₹7,500 – ₹10,000 INR
I need a thorough Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment carried out on the production floor of our plant, where we manufacture submersible pumps. The study must concentrate on the three risk categories that worry me most—chemical exposure, mechanical injuries and noise levels—while still giving a complete picture of every other hazard you find during your walkthrough.
You will have full access to the shop floor, operators and maintenance logs so you can observe casting, machining, winding, assembly and test stands in real time. After collecting the data, turn it into a risk register that ranks each hazard, assigns likelihood and severity, and recommends practical control measures in line with ISO 45001 / OSHA best practice.
Deliverables
• On-site inspection and worker interviews
• Detailed risk matrix (editable spreadsheet)
• Executive summary slide deck highlighting high-priority actions and residual risks
• Recommendations that can be tracked through to closure, including any needed PPE upgrades, engineering controls or training
Let me know the HIRA methodology or software you intend to apply, how many days you need on site and a sample of similar work you have completed in heavy manufacturing. My EHS coordinator and I will support information gathering, but the final report must stand on its own for an external audit.
