Freelance Adventure Camp Instructor Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m putting together a series of school trips for teens aged 13–18 and need a seasoned freelance instructor to run our adventure-camp basics. The focus is on creating a safe, engaging programme built around hiking, team-building games and classic campfire activities.
Your role starts well before we reach the trailhead. I’ll look to you to shape a detailed activity plan, advise on gear requirements, prepare risk assessments and then take the lead on site—coaching, motivating and keeping everyone safe. A current first-aid certification is essential, and any additional outdoor or youth-leadership credentials will be a big plus.
We run several weekend and short-residential camps throughout the academic year, so availability and flexibility are important. I’ll handle transport, permits and accommodation; you bring the expertise, energy and oversight that turn a simple trip into a formative adventure.
Deliverables:
• Pre-trip activity outline with safety notes
• Full on-site instruction and supervision during the camp
• Post-trip feedback report highlighting learning outcomes and any incident logs
