Fire System Design Blueprints

I’m updating a combined showroom and warehouse and need a concise, code-compliant fire-protection design package.

Scope
– Produce basic blueprints for the fire alarm layout, wet-pipe sprinkler grid, and on-site fire-hydrant positioning.
– Tailor each drawing to the building’s size, current occupancy loads, and identified risk areas.

Technical detail
– Include a brief system functionality analysis that shows how detection, notification, and water delivery will work together.
– Add a risk assessment outlining any high-hazard storage, public-access zones, or special-use areas that influence device spacing.

Compliance
Reference the relevant local regulations alongside applicable NFPA standards so an authority having jurisdiction can trace every design choice.

Deliverables
• PDF and native CAD files for each system drawing
• One-page functionality analysis
• One-page risk assessment
• Legend, device schedule, and concise specification notes

Hydraulic calculations and extensive installation documents are not required at this stage; this is a foundational blueprint set the installer can refine later. Accuracy, clarity, and quick turnaround are paramount.
