Fire Safety Training Program Assessor

I need an experienced fire-safety professional to assess and strengthen the way our Safety Officers and L&D teams build and deliver fire-safety courses. The driving goal is full compliance with current regulations, so every recommendation you make must be grounded in statutory requirements as well as best practice.

The assessment must look closely at three core areas:
• Risk assessment and hazard identification
• Fire-prevention techniques
• Emergency response procedures

What I’m expecting from you
• A pre-engagement review of our existing lesson plans, job aids and evaluation tools
• A live (virtual or on-site) session where you observe our trainers in action, ask probing questions, and gauge both technical accuracy and instructional design quality
• A concise gap-analysis report highlighting where we meet or fall short of regulatory expectations, with practical fixes ranked by priority
• Two sample modules or activities that demonstrate how our teams can translate your feedback into engaging, compliant content

Acceptance criteria
Your final report must reference the specific regulations that apply to each finding, and your sample material must be ready for immediate use by our trainers without further rewriting.
