We are seeking a senior IT Administration professional or Systems Architect to lead the administration, stabilization, and strategic organization of our company’s IT environment. This is a large-scale, long-term initiative focused on enterprise-level IT administration, governance, security, and operational efficiency. The objective is to establish a structured, well-documented, and scalable IT administration model that supports business continuity and long-term growth.

Scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

Company-wide IT administration strategy

Administration of Windows and/or Linux systems

User management, access control, and privilege governance

Server administration and operational best practices

Monitoring, logging, and incident management workflows

Backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning

Security baseline definition and system hardening

IT policies, procedures, and operational documentation

Identification of risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities

Roadmap for future optimization and scalability

Deliverables include:

IT administration architecture overview

Documented operational procedures and policies

Security and access control framework

Risk assessment with prioritized recommendations

Phased implementation and improvement roadmap

This is not a short-term task or a one-time fix. The project will be executed in phases using clearly defined milestones and is intended as a long-term engagement.

We are looking for a professional with strong experience in company or enterprise-level IT administration, an architectural mindset, solid documentation skills, and a long-term strategic vision.
