I'm seeking an experienced professional to develop a comprehensive health and safety plan tailored for a demolition site. The plan should prioritize hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

structure of the plan should be as pe the (ADOSH-SF) Code of Practice CoP 53.1 – OSH Construction Management Plan.

Key Requirements:
- Develop a detailed hazard identification and risk assessment for the demolition site.
- Establish clear safety protocols and procedures to mitigate risks.
- Create an emergency response plan specific to demolition activities.
- Address working in heat conditions and include relevant safety measures.
- Design a drawing that clearly marks assembly points.
- Provide a layout plan showing the location of the site office, toilets, rest area, and storage area.
