Avant Loader Risk Assessment Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a concise yet comprehensive risk assessment for a Avant articulated wheeled loaders. We are the dealer for these machine and need this to provide to customers.
Please base the assessment on current best-practice safety standards and any relevant national regulations. I expect clear identification of hazards, the likelihood and severity of each, and practical control measures we can implement immediately. Pay particular attention to: loader stability on uneven ground, interaction with pedestrians and traffic, attachment changes, confined-space maneuvering, noise and vibration exposure, and routine maintenance tasks.
Deliverable (single PDF or Word file):
• Full risk assessment matrix with scoring methodology
• Recommended control actions (engineering, administrative and PPE)
• Residual risk summary that shows improvement after controls
• Brief operator checklist we can laminate onsite
Turnaround is urgent, so please let me know how quickly you can begin and your estimated completion time once you have the machine’s technical data sheet, which I will supply on award.
