I need a qualified and certified arborist with at least 3 years of experience to complete a risk assessment report for an ash tree. This is for a planning application for a one-bedroom house development.
Requirements:
- No site visit required.
- I’ll provide photos from different angles, exact dimensions, and geolocation coordinates.
- The tree is healthy; no diseases or issues.
- Preferably based in the UK or Europe.
