Waterfall Pavilion

I need a spiraling like structure floating on water that’s right next to a waterfall and small streams flowing down the cliff, it’s about 80 meters tall, I want the spiraling features to have some features to have standing platform but overall the whole thing should be walkable from top to bottom, the base should look like it’s ascending from the water below and in the center of the building maybe have like a normal tower feature. I want it spiraling from the bottom with a more open concept to a almost flat surface top and from bird eye it should be just a circle but from side view almost like an hour glass shape. And with the spiraling look I want random strands to attach to the surface of a cliff and that’s how most of the water from either the waterfall or streams will spiral down onto the pavilion also. it should be about 250ft wide.
