"Third Space" Architecture project
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a photorealistic 3D model and exterior render of a project, produced entirely in Rhino within the next four to five days. The design features flowing, organic geometry, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable sculpting complex, non-orthogonal forms and translating them into a clean, well-layered Rhino file.
What I will supply
– A reference file that illustrates the level of realism, materiality and organic character I expect.
– Basic sketches and cad files, massing and site context.
What I need from you
1. A fully editable Rhino (.3dm) model that includes accurate site contours so the overall form reads convincingly in its setting.
2. High-resolution exterior renders (minimum 4K) with refined materials, precise lighting, and subtle atmospheric effects—think dusk or golden hour—to bring out the facade articulation.
Key expectations
• Exemplary command of Rhino surface and solid tools for organic architecture.
• Ability to push realism with plugins such as V-Ray, Enscape or Twinmotion—whichever you prefer—as long as the final output looks indistinguishable from a photograph.
• Consistent checkpoints: a grey-material draft within 48 hours, followed by a colour-material draft, then final delivery by day five.
