Parametric Helmet Texture Development in Grasshopper (Rhino 3D)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am developing a helmet design project focused on parametric design.
(Important: I already have an initial Grasshopper file with the base helmet model – what I need is the application of the parametric texture/pattern).
I am looking for a freelancer with experience in Rhino 3D + Grasshopper to create the parametric algorithm for the helmet texture, allowing easy future modification of the geometry.
What I need:
Finishing and improvement of the existing Grasshopper model.
Texture/structure based on organic mesh/lattice patterns (e.g., knit-like structure, ventilation openings, lightweight geometries).
A clean and organized Grasshopper script, with sliders/parameters for:
Structure thickness
Pattern/mesh density
Module size (holes/openings)
Deliverables:
Grasshopper file (.gh)
Rhino file (.3dm)
Simple usage/modification instructions
Preferred requirements:
Experience in generative/parametric design for products or wearables.
Portfolio with similar parametric projects (preferred).
Knowledge of design for additive manufacturing (3D printing) is a plus.
