Grasshopper & Kangaroo Tutoring for Prototype

I'm a beginner/ intermediate in Grasshopper and beginner in Kangaroo, seeking a tutor to assist me in building a specific structure prototype with specific parameters and mechanical elements. This is a simple design but I would like someone to help me design it in grasshopper.
