IT Services RFP Response Writer
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I need a seasoned RFP specialist to take charge of a live Request for Proposal in the IT services space. You’ll own the full response cycle—interpreting the solicitation, mapping every requirement, drafting a persuasive narrative, and packaging the document so it is compliant, clear, and compelling for a U.S. client review team.
You’ll be working directly with me and a few subject-matter experts to pull technical details, case studies, pricing tables, and past-performance data. From there, your task is to weave it into a crisp executive summary, detailed solution description, implementation timeline, and formatted appendices. Mastery of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and any proposal-management or compliance-matrix tools is essential because the deadline is tight and the presentation must be flawless.
I’m specifically looking for someone who has:
• 3–5 years hands-on experience writing and managing RFP responses for IT services.
• A solid understanding of U.S. bid and procurement processes.
• Impeccable written English and an eagle eye for detail—every compliance checkbox counts.
Deliverables are discrete:
1. A fully formatted, submission-ready RFP response (native files and final PDF).
2. A compliance matrix showing every requirement mapped to the response.
3. A short hand-over note outlining any future actions or clarifications.
