About the Role
the client is seeking an energetic, self-driven Project Manager to oversee an RFP project aimed at migrating their Lotus Notes databases to Stibo. The selected candidate will ensure the RFP process progresses efficiently and will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and manage vendor selection.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct a brief phone screen with candidates to assess personality fit before submission.
Lead and drive the RFP process for selecting a third-party vendor.
Ensure smooth migration of databases from Lotus Notes to Stibo.
Oversee the development of master workflows in PowerApps.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine project requirements.
Maintain project momentum and ensure timely execution.
Requirements
Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive progress.
7-10 years of Project Management experience (balancing expertise & compensation).
PowerApps experience with a strong understanding of its ecosystem.
Lotus Notes familiarity (preferred but not mandatory).
