scan RFID tags to Excel

We want to make a simple timing system for MTB\Enduro races using a UHF RFID system and have the tags read on a spreadsheet like excel.

I already purchased the UHF Rfid reader and have no idea how to make it read rfid tags via USB. I think its reading via RS232. I can send you the sdk that they sent.
