RFID and cloud database specialist

I am looking for a specialist who could implement the following project:
Inventory inventory using RFID and AWS or AZUR technologies. Product data must be stored in the cloud. Access through the app on a phone, tablet or other PC. The ability to monitor in real time the movement of goods - what has appeared in the warehouse, what has changed its position (for example, the goods have moved from warehouse 1 to a neighboring warehouse 2), what has been successfully shipped and sold (fixing the goods leaving the warehouse).
1) It is necessary to create the software necessary for the project to work.
2) Collect a list of required equipment
3) Assemble a prototype or send assembly instructions by a specialist on site.
