Proxmark3

I have a Proxmark3 and I need someone to show me how to read/write a 125khz and 13.56 mhz tags with it. They are not simple tags from Aliexpress. They are professional tags with encrypted data.
The proxmark is already setup and working. Must be through zoom, teamviewer or meet...
