NCIP/SIP2 Integration

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can integrate NCIP/SIP2 protocols into our existing library management system, which is Koha. We need bi-directional integration, so data can be exchanged between both systems. This project must be completed within 1 month. Therefore, we would like to work with someone who is experienced in this type of integration and can complete the work within the given timeline.
