1200sqf Modern Detached ADU Blueprint Design
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I’m ready to move from ideas to permit-ready drawings for a modern, detached ADU that will serve as a long-term rental on my property. I have the site picked out; what I need now is a complete blueprint package that a contractor and the local planning department can both sign off on without back-and-forth revisions.
The finished set should include:
• Scaled floor plans with accurate dimensions
• Elevations and roof plan reflecting a clean, modern aesthetic
• Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC layouts suitable for a rental unit
• A site plan that positions the ADU correctly in relation to the primary residence and setbacks
• Construction notes and code compliance details for my municipality (I’ll provide local zoning info once we start)
I prefer files delivered in PDF for permitting plus the source CAD/Revit files so I can hand them straight to my builder.
