Create a realistic 4D BIM animation of a modern industrial warehouse or pharmaceutical manufacturing facility from scratch. The building does not need to represent a real project, but it should look like a contemporary industrial facility.
The animation should showcase the complete construction sequence, including:
Site preparation and excavation
Foundations
RCC columns, beams, and slabs
Structural steel erection (if applicable)
PEB frame installation
Wall cladding and roofing
Doors, windows, and architectural finishes
Basic MEP installation (optional)
External development, roads, landscaping, and final completed project
Animation Requirements
Duration: 60–120 seconds
Smooth cinematic camera movements
Professional construction sequencing
Modern presentation style suitable for executive client meetings
Full HD (1080p) or 4K output
Background music (royalty-free) is a plus
