Whole-Home Renovation Floorplan Design
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m renovating an entire residential property and need a clear, well-thought-out floorplan to guide the project. The brief is straightforward: re-imagine the full layout ,kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, every corner—so the space flows cohesively while embracing a modern aesthetic. I want to mainly maximise the kitchen area and add a walk in pantry. I also was a study to be included in the floorplan.
I also want 3d renders of each room.
You’ll start from the existing dimensions (I’ll supply current measurements and photos) and produce a scaled, renovation-ready plan that shows walls to remove or add, furniture placement ideas, and key spatial relationships. Please deliver both a printable PDF and the editable source file produced in your preferred professional tool (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent).
Acceptance criteria:
• Accurate scale and room dimensions.
• Modern design cues clearly reflected in spatial layout.
• Notes for structural changes and utility relocations where relevant.
• One round of revisions included to fine-tune details.
