Weekend-Home Farm Plots Layout Design

I am planning a weekend-home farm plot layout development. Before I can move forward with investor presentations, I need a complete land-use concept that shows how the site will be split, where the internal road will run, and how the open-space amenities integrate with the plots.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• A master plan that clearly marks each lot, the roadway alignment,, and the Community Centre space.
• A detailed 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, or a comparable tool is fine) that captures building envelopes, road elevations, and landscaping.
• High-resolution aerial renders from multiple angles to help stakeholders visualise the project at a glance.

I’ll supply the survey file and any zoning notes as soon as we start. You’re free to recommend optimal lot sizes, turning radii, or alternative park layouts as long as we stay focused on a weekend-home farm plot layout development character

Acceptance criteria
• Subdivision drawing in PDF and editable CAD (DWG) formats.
• Fully textured 3D model plus at least four 4K aerial renders.
• All files organised and delivered ready for printing or further engineering.
