Warehouse Structural Analysis & Design
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m setting up a new industrial warehouse and need a qualified structural engineer who can take the project from concept to fully-engineered plans. The immediate scope covers two key services:
• Structural analysis – verify loads, wind/seismic resistance, and foundation capacity for a clear-span steel frame warehouse (approx. 35 m x 60 m; height 10 m). Please use recognised software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS or SAP2000 and reference the latest IBC/ASCE codes.
• Design & planning – generate complete construction drawings, connection details, and material schedules ready for permit submission. Native files in AutoCAD or Revit plus stamped PDFs are required.
If you can also handle inspection and certification later, let me know; I may extend the contract once construction starts.
Acceptance criteria
1. Signed calculation package demonstrating code compliance.
2. GA drawings, framing plans, sections, and connection sheets in DWG and PDF.
3. Foundation and slab design with rebar detailing.
4. A brief design report summarising assumptions, load cases, and governing checks.
Please outline your experience with similar warehousing projects and indicate the software you’ll use so I can share the preliminary architectural layout and soil report right away.
