Warehouse MEP Plan from IFC Files
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I have a fully detailed structural model of a warehouse in IFC format exported from Tekla Structures. What I now require is a coordinated MEP diagram that can be folded back into the same model set.
Scope
• Electrical: a complete lighting layout and power-distribution scheme sized and circuited for the bays shown in the IFC.
• Plumbing: water-supply and drainage lines serving all sanitary blocks, including the dedicated toilet and kitchen areas indicated on the general-arrangement drawings.
Key points
• Work directly on the provided IFC—no need to remodel the structure.
• All design decisions and symbology must respect current European code requirements.
• Output as IFC (with services layers), DWG, and a plotted PDF set suitable for shop-floor issue.
