Warehouse MEP Integration for given IFC File
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I already have a fully detailed warehouse structure exported from Tekla Structures in IFC format. What I now need is a coordinated MEP package—both electrical and plumbing—inserted directly into that same model without remodelling any of the structure.
Electrical scope
• Develop a complete lighting layout for every bay, size and circuit all luminaires, and produce a power-distribution scheme from main board to final outlets.
• Use current European electrical codes and recognised symbols.
Plumbing scope
• Design water-supply and drainage lines serving every sanitary block, kitchen and toilet noted on the GA drawings.
• Pipe sizing, slopes, venting and fittings must satisfy the latest European plumbing standards.
Model handling
• Work directly inside my IFC; the structural geometry is locked and clash-free.
• Leave the new services on clearly named layers so I can toggle them on/off when reviewing in Tekla, Revit or Navis.
• Preserve coordinates so I can federate everything with no shifts.
Deliverables (at hand-over)
1. Updated IFC containing all MEP services.
2. DWG export of plans, sections and single-line schematics.
3. A plotted PDF set that is ready for shop-floor issue (A1 sheets, title block supplied once we start).
Before we kick off, send me a short note outlining your workflow and the software you intend to use—Revit, AutoCAD MEP, MagiCAD or any other BIM tool—so I can confirm compatibility with my review environment.
I will consider the task complete when the model passes a clash-detection check, symbols follow European conventions and the PDF set is print-ready.
