Project Description:
We are seeking an experienced MEP designer/engineer to prepare a complete set of MEP design drawings for a warehouse building project. The drawings will be used for construction and coordination with architectural and structural drawings.
Scope of Work:
The selected freelancer will be responsible for preparing the following drawings:
• Electrical layout (lighting, power outlets, distribution boards)
• Lighting layout with switching and circuiting
• Cable routing and panel schedules
• Plumbing layout (water supply and drainage)
• Mechanical layout (ventilation/exhaust if required)
• Coordination with architectural/structural drawings
• Basic load calculations where necessary
Deliverables:
• Revit drawings
• Organized layers and professional drafting standards
• Drawings suitable for construction use
Project Details:

• Software Preferred: Revit
Requirements:
• Experience with warehouse or industrial building MEP design
• Knowledge of international/typical building standards
• Ability to deliver clear and professional drawings
