Vastu-Compliant Beach Resort Architectural Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m developing a boutique resort on a beachfront plot and need a complete architectural concept that respects traditional Vaasthu principles while still feeling fresh and welcoming. At this stage I’m flexible on whether the accommodation ends up as single-storey cottages, a compact multi-level block, or even a mix, so long as every space is positioned for the best energy flow and sea views.
Key requirements
• Integrate a generous swimming pool as the visual and social heart of the property.
• Lay out reception, guest rooms, service areas and circulation so they meet core Vaasthu directions, proportions and entry rules.
• Allow for future additions such as a restaurant, spa or private villas without disrupting the master plan.
What I need from you
1. Site-responsive master plan showing orientation, setbacks, landscaping and parking.
2. Scaled floor plans with furniture layouts.
3. 3D massing and a few photorealistic renders that illustrate material choices and the ambience at pool level and beachfront.
4. A brief Vaasthu compliance note explaining the positioning logic for major functions.
5. Native design files (Revit, AutoCAD or SketchUp) plus PDFs for review.
I’m looking for thoughtful zoning, balanced proportions and a design language that celebrates the coastal setting yet can be built cost-effectively. If you have a strong background in resort or hospitality projects and can demonstrate sensitivity to Vaasthu, I’d love to see your portfolio and discuss timelines.
