Update Final Construction CAD Drawings
Budget: £1,500 – £3,000 GBP
We have a complete set of “ 251 final construction” drawings in CAD, but my original architects are no longer on the job. I need an experienced drafter or architect to carry out the last round of revisions.
Scope of work
• Apply design-related tweaks and incorporate the outstanding annotation comments already noted in redline form.
• Overlay several subcontractor drawings (mainly MEP and joinery) onto the base files, checking for clashes and alignment.
• Refresh every sheet’s material specifications, dimensions, and finish details so they reflect the latest site decisions.
• Issue an updated, coherent drawing set ready for construction—and, ultimately, an as-built version once site mark-ups are returned.
Deliverables
1. Revised CAD files (DWG) with all layers tidy and named logically.
2. Coordinated multipage PDF set for issue.
3. A clean, version-tracked list of changes made.
AutoCAD proficiency is essential; familiarity with Revit or Navisworks for clash checks would be a bonus. Fast, accurate turnaround and clear communication are what I value most because the project is already live on site.
