12-Unit Architectural Drawing Package
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m advancing a 12-unit residential development from concept to a solid presentation set and need a full drawing package pulled together. I already have detailed designs that show the intended layout and massing; what’s missing is a cohesive, professionally drafted bundle that I can submit for initial council feedback and early builder pricing.
Here’s what I need produced from my sketches and PDFs:
• Floor plans for all levels, coordinated across the 12 units
• Building elevations that communicate material changes and heights clearly
• A consolidated site plan locating parking, services and private open space
• Shadow diagrams (mid-winter and equinox) to demonstrate compliance with local amenity controls
The work sits firmly at concept design stage, so accuracy to the millimetre isn’t critical yet, but the drawings must read cleanly and scale correctly. I’ll supply:
– DWG/DXF files of my current layouts
– Hand-marked PDF mark-ups highlighting design intent
– A written schedule of external finishes for reference
Preferred output is layered DWG or Revit files plus print-ready PDFs. Please keep all line weights, hatches and title blocks neat so I can move straight into stakeholder presentations.
Acceptance will be based on:
1. Alignment of all geometry with the dimensions provided in my base files
2. Consistency of north points, scales and legends across every sheet
3. Shadow diagrams that clearly indicate times, dates and overshadowed areas
4. Delivery of the full set in both native (CAD/BIM) and PDF formats, ready for A1 plotting
If you’re comfortable translating detailed concept sketches into a polished architectural drawing set, let’s get started—my goal is to have everything ready for review within two weeks of kickoff.
