Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD
I am finishing the design of two level underground garage restoration and need an engineer to carry out thorough Analysis & Verifications. Your task is to test the current work done by consultant and identify compliance gaps so I can submit a clean package to the local authority.
You will receive the architectural set, preliminary structural drawings (Revit + DWGs) and the technical drawings.
• You are required to do calculation report covering load assumptions, modelling approach, key results and code references
• Mark-ups or revised drawings highlighting any required changes
