**[URGENT] Large-Scale Mixed-Use Tower – Revit 3D Modeling & Realistic Renders**

I have a complex mixed-use commercial project that needs to be converted quickly into a complete 3D model. I'm working from detailed 2D floor plans and facade sketches, and I need a fully exploitable 3D file for technical coordination, sections, and renders.

**Project Description:**
This is a large mixed-use building with the following characteristics:
- 3 basement levels (R-3)
- Ground floor + 14 upper floors (R+14)
- A podium base of R+4 featuring a central patio
- The patio steps back by 1m at each floor level as you go up
- R+4 and R+5 patio levels are identical, then the patio gradually reduces floor by floor until it disappears at the 14th floor
- The patio will be covered with a metal tube structure
- Full project documentation with all details will be provided

**Scope of Work:**
- Model the full exterior of the project in Revit
- Accurately reproduce the patio setback geometry and metal roof structure
- Produce realistic 3D views reflecting everything in the source files
- File must be clean and usable for technical coordination and section cuts

**Software:**
Revit is the primary expected tool. Proficiency in SketchUp or other 3D software (for importing elements or refining details) is a plus.

**What I'll Provide:**
- Complete 2D plans (all levels)
- Facade sketches
- Full technical documentation

**Deliverables:**
- Clean Revit file (.rvt) of the exterior
- Ready-to-use realistic 3D views
