Two-Story 12.5×60 Structural Plans

I have a 12.5 ft × 60 ft footprint and want a full set of structure-focused drawings for a two-story house. The emphasis is on accuracy and code compliance rather than architectural styling; in other words, I need clean, build-ready structure drawings.

Here’s what I expect to receive:
• Dimensioned floor plans for both levels with beam, column, and wall locations
• Foundation layout, footing details, and rebar schedule
• Roof/framing plan with connection specifics
• At least one longitudinal and one transverse section that call out all member sizes
• General notes covering loads, materials, and any code references

Please deliver everything in both DWG and PDF so I can submit to the local authority and hand straight to the builder. The envelope must stay within 12.5 × 60 ft, with clear internal heights of roughly 10 ft per floor, suited to conventional RCC construction.
