Two-Story Home Plan & 3D Elevation

I have a two-story residential project that needs a complete set of floor plans with accurate, labeled dimensions plus a modern-style 3D exterior elevation. The overall footprint is already fixed; what I need now is clear architectural documentation and a compelling visual that captures a clean, contemporary façade.

What you’ll hand over to me:
• Dimensioned floor plans for both levels in PDF and an editable CAD file (DWG or equivalent).
• A high-resolution, modern 3D elevation—daylight render, preferred—with source file (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) so I can tweak materials later.
• One round of minor revisions included to make sure door and window placements align with local codes.

Acceptance criteria: all room sizes must match the provided footprint, wall thicknesses shown, north arrow indicated, and the exterior render must reflect a modern aesthetic (flat or low-slope rooflines, minimal ornamentation, neutral materials palette).

If you regularly work in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Lumion and can deliver clean, well-organized files, this should be a straightforward collaboration.
