I have produced a detailed, hand-drawn concept for a residential villa and now need it translated into an accurate CAD model. The overall style must remain unmistakably traditional—proportioned façades, pitched roofs, and classic detailing that respects local vernacular.

Here is what I need from you:
• Convert my scanned sketch into a clean, layered CAD file (DWG or compatible).
• Develop complete architectural plans, elevations, and at least one longitudinal and one cross section so all structural and spatial relationships are clear.
• Apply consistent line-weights, hatching, and dimensioning conventions so the file is construction-ready and can be shared directly with engineers.
• Maintain the functional flow I indicated while refining room sizes where required for building code compliance and comfort.

I am happy to discuss any traditional design nuances—window proportions, cornice depth, roof pitch—before you start, and will provide quick feedback on drafts. The final deliverable should include the native CAD file plus a plotted PDF set suitable for printing at 1:100.
