Traditional Residential Facade & Plan

I’m developing a new residential building and I need fresh concept sketches that marry a traditional street presence with a contemporary lifestyle layout. The brief centres on two deliverables: an eye-catching front elevation and a practical floor-plan concept that flow together seamlessly.

Facade direction
• Style: firmly traditional in overall massing and proportion.
• Materials I want explored: generous glass for light, concrete accents for strength, and a rendered finish that ties everything together. Feel free to balance or contrast these elements as long as the final look still reads “traditional home” rather than modernist box.

Floor plan focus
The interior must support comfortable family living—clear zoning for day and night areas, a logical circulation spine, and good indoor-outdoor connection to suit the glazed elements on the facade.

What I need from you
1. Two to three facade concept visuals (hand sketch, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
2. Corresponding floor-plan options in PDF and an editable format (DWG, RVT or SKP).
3. A short design rationale explaining how your layout supports the traditional exterior and why you chose the specific glass, concrete and render treatments.

Acceptance criteria
• Front elevation aligns with a traditional aesthetic while showcasing the stated materials.
• Floor plan dimensions and room labels are clear and to scale.
• File set is complete and delivered ready for further development.
