Traditional Multi-Story House Plan

I’m ready to translate a multi-story, traditionally styled home idea into precise construction documents and would like your help completing the full pre-build package.

The core of the job is to draw detailed, scaled floor plans for each level, develop exterior elevations that capture a classic, timeless look, and prepare a clear construction-cost estimate so I can budget with confidence. I’ll forward plot dimensions, local code notes, and any other site constraints as soon as we get started; for now, assume a conventional suburban lot.

Acceptable software includes AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp—just make sure the final files arrive in both editable (DWG/RVT/SKP) and PDF formats. Feel free to suggest an efficient room layout or two; I’m open to your professional guidance on how best to arrange living, work, and guest spaces within the traditional aesthetic.

Deliverables (all to scale):
• Floor plan for every story
• At least two exterior elevation sheets
• Itemised cost estimate in spreadsheet or PDF form
