I’m ready to commission a complete set of construction-ready blueprints for a traditional-style, multi-family residential building. The goal is a classic look—think balanced proportions, pitched rooflines, and timeless façade details—while still meeting today’s code and efficiency standards.

I’ll provide the lot survey, zoning notes, and my unit-mix sketch once we get started; what I need from you is the full drawing package that a contractor and local permitting office can rely on.

Deliverables
• Scaled floor plans for each level
• Exterior elevations and roof plan showing traditional detailing
• Basic structural/layout sheets suitable for an engineer’s review
• Print-ready PDFs plus editable CAD files (.dwg or .rvt)
• Simple 3D massing model for visual review (helpful but optional)

Please allow for at least one revision after the city’s first round of comments. Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting tools is essential, and familiarity with U.S. residential codes will streamline the process.
